By submitting a deposit or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings & Deposits

A 25% deposit is required for all bookings, with a minimum deposit of $1,000. The deposit must be received before a date is considered confirmed.

The deposit reserves the agreed-upon date and time exclusively for you. Availability is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received and the booking has been confirmed in writing.

2. Payment

Any remaining balance must be paid according to the payment arrangements agreed upon when the booking is confirmed.

All payments are subject to the agreed booking terms. No services outside the originally agreed arrangement will be assumed or guaranteed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be communicated as soon as possible.

Deposits are subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy provided at the time of booking. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit and may affect eligibility for future bookings.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

4. Conduct & Boundaries

Mutual respect and professionalism are required at all times.

Any behavior that is threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, coercive, or otherwise inappropriate will result in the immediate termination of the booking without refund.

Personal boundaries and agreed-upon arrangements must be respected. Consent and comfort are required throughout any in-person meeting.

5. Privacy & Discretion

I value the privacy and discretion of everyone involved. Personal information, conversations, photographs, and other private communications should not be shared, published, recorded, or distributed without appropriate consent.

The same expectation of privacy and discretion applies to all parties.

6. Recording & Photography

No photographs, video, audio recordings, livestreams, or other recordings may be made during a meeting without explicit prior consent.

7. Identification & Safety

For security purposes, identification or other reasonable verification may be requested before confirming or proceeding with a booking.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if I am unable to adequately verify the booking or if I have concerns regarding my personal safety.

8. Right to Refuse or Cancel

I reserve the right to refuse, decline, or terminate a booking at any time if I believe the circumstances are unsafe, misleading, disrespectful, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.

If I cancel a confirmed booking for reasons unrelated to a client's violation of these terms, the applicable deposit will be refunded or transferred to another mutually agreed date.

9. Changes to Arrangements

Any significant changes to the agreed date, time, location, duration, or other booking details must be discussed and confirmed in advance.

Changes are subject to availability and may affect the total booking amount.

10. Agreement

By submitting a deposit, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy.

These terms are intended to establish clear expectations, protect everyone's privacy and safety, and ensure a respectful experience for all parties.

What Is a Hard No?

For everyone's safety and comfort, I do not accept:

Harassment, disrespect, or discriminatory behavior.
Pressure to cross boundaries or change previously agreed-upon arrangements.
Unannounced guests or changes to the agreed location.
Arriving excessively intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
Requests for illegal activities.
Photos, videos, or recordings without my explicit permission.
Attempts to circumvent my screening or booking process.

I reserve the right to end an appointment if I feel unsafe or if my boundaries are not being respected.

What About Links & Attachments?

For security reasons, I will not click unsolicited links or open unexpected attachments sent through messages.

If you need to share important information, please explain what it is first and use the booking process or contact method provided on my website.

If you're not ready to book, that's completely fine. I'm happy to answer genuine questions, but I don't participate in endless negotiations, requests for free content, or conversations intended to circumvent my booking requirements.
